Mrs Faosat Olayinka Idowu (Ogunmowo) is an alumnus of New York Institute of Finance. She holds a Bachelor Degree in International relations and an M.Sc in Marketing from Schiller (American) International University, United Kingdom. She is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing, England and has attended various strategic courses both in Nigeria and abroad, including the renowned Harvard Business School, Boston U.S.A.

As an accomplished Investment Executive, she was the Head, Corporate Affairs Department of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and retired in 2009 as an Executive Director after 25 years of meritorious service. She is presently the Group Managing Director / CEO of Faozaat Limited – an Organization that spreads across real Estate, Haulage and Finance. She is the Founder of Faozaat Educational Foundation – a charitable organization that offers scholarship to less privileged students. Mrs. Idowu also serves on the boards of various companies.
